Olsen-Nolte Saddle
This Olsen Nolte slick fork saddle was made in San Francisco on a 3B Visalia tree in 1939 by Walter Goldsmith and is fully tooled in an acorn and oakleaf pattern. It has original saddle strings and features a 3 1/2" cantle, a 15-15 1/2" seat, and a flat plate rigging. . A truly beautiful example of an Olsen Nolte saddle and California style carving.

Unmarked Youth Parade Saddle with Sterling Silver   $4,900.00
Unmarked Youth Parade Saddle
This saddle is an antique parade saddle, fully tooled with engraved sterling silver cantle back, cantle binding, gullet cover, swell caps, and horn binding. On the back of the cantle is engraved "Blanche Connolly." The saddle has floral carving but the padded seat has been replaced. The seat is 12-13". The stirrups are original with matching tooling and silver. Woolskin is original, but not great condition. This saddle is worth the money if only for the sterling silver on it.

San Fernando Saddlery His and Hers Saddles   Both $3,900.00
His San Fernando Saddle

These two saddles from San Fernando Saddlery of Van Nuys, California are very similar. They were made by Cliff Ketchum. These saddles both have equitation seats. They are a his and hers set. His saddle has original latigo, strings and sheepskin and is marked #634 stamped underneath the skirt. The stirrup leathers are made with quick change buckles for adjustment

Hers San Fernando Saddlery

Her saddle is marked #612 and has new stirrup hobbles and latigo. The saddle has the original sheepskin and saddle strings. The horn has a silver horn cap with gold horse head and the conchos are matching engraving in sterling silver. This saddle has a 2" horn and a 3" cantle.

Dick Swanson Saddle  $3,600.00
Swanson Saddle
This slick fork saddle was made by Dick Swanson in Cody, Wyoming on a Wade tree with corner basket and border stamp tooling. It features a D Ring rigging, a 5" cantle, 15" seat, brass conchos, a mule hide horn wrap, new latigos, saddle strings, brass bound stirrups and latigo stirrup hobbles. Dick Swanson was a saddlemaker for Miles City Saddlery in years past, and then on a contract basis in recent years. This saddle has been used slightly, and has a little discoloration on the fenders.

Apache Saddle   $600.00
Apache Saddle

This Saddle was made in Amarillo TX by Apache Saddlery and is marked on the seat just behind the horn as such. This saddle has new strings, new leather conchos, new latigos and sheepskin. It features full geometric tooling, a 3 1/2" cantle, a 14 1/2" seat, and lace up stirrup leathers. Probably a 1940's model saddle.
